Our Sales team is committed to making the lives of our architectural, engineering, and construction customers easier with our digital solution and we are seeking a German speaking Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join the team. The ISR works with a dedicated list of named Bluebeam customers in DACH to maximize their spend with Bluebeam. The ISR is responsible for renewing, upselling, and cross selling all customers within their book business. The role is London based (Paddington) with an expectation to be in the office 2-3 days per week. The position requires business fluent German.

The ISR works with existing Bluebeam customers, with the primary focus to actively engage with them to uncover opportunities leading to the purchase of additional products and services. You will partner with the other teams at Bluebeam including but not limited to, Enterprise Sales, Technical Account Management, Sales Operations, Technical Support, Marketing, Professional Services and Legal/Security to effectively guide customers through purchases of Bluebeam products and services. Properly executed, efforts will result in revenue growth, retention, and customer satisfaction for the EMEA Bluebeam Sales Team.

What You’ll Do

  • Proactively conduct outreach campaigns to existing assigned customers in DACH to support retention and revenue growth.
  • Take ownership of incoming leads from assigned existing customers within 24 hours.
  • Execute 6-point touch method with email, phone, LinkedIn and more to help secure and coordinate meetings and opportunities.
  • Execute proper qualification and discovery (Company, industry, locations, employee Size, Type, roles, workflows and technology) to expedite sales process.
  • Actively work designated campaigns and events, including trade shows.
  • Own the full cycle of the sales process from engagement, qualifying, demoing, closing, nurturing, and retention.
  • Demonstrate a basic knowledge of all Bluebeam offerings to properly qualify and guide our customers.

Experience Required

  • Native level/business fluent German language skills.
  • 2+ years in a sales role - SaaS experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfortable with change.
  • Experience in using Salesforce or other CRM solutions.
  • Knowledge and experience in the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) field is a BIG plus, but we will consider software sales experience from other industries.
  • Ability to partner and develop professional working relationships and initiatives with other Bluebeam internal business partners.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to see customers and attend tradeshows/events.
