About The Role

We are now looking to hire a Channel Account Executive/Associate Channel Sales Manager to further develop Bluebeam’s presence across Europe, with a focus on UK and German markets. You will be responsible for working with some of our key distributors to prospect, identify and recruit new indirect partners, offering remote training, working renewals and upsell opportunities and evangelizing our roadmap so indirect partners and users are fully aware of all the new features and functions we are launching. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their software sales career to develop and potentially grow into a Channel Account Manager role in the future.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify, onboard and develop new channel indirect partners
  • Become an expert in our software so that you can demonstrate the true value of Bluebeam
  • Grow business by meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Accurately forecast on behalf of your partner by understanding their business, opportunities, and strategy.
  • Clearly communicate and motivate multiple personalities by adjusting approach.
  • Meet deadlines and demonstrate strong follow through skills and consistency.
  • Build strong relationships with partners, and regular engagement with multiple stakeholders across departments and roles to drive alignment towards goals.
  • Identify sales opportunities, channel trends, and gaps within reseller relationships to encourage investments.

About You

  • 1-3 years SaaS/software sales experience (any exposure to channel sales would be highly beneficial)
  • Understanding and experience within the AEC space is highly preferred, but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Not afraid of prospecting on the phone
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to present to an audience and all levels of a business including C‑Suite.
  • Ability to lead sales conversations and define business objectives.
  • Ability and willingness to travel in Europe to visit reseller offices, construction sites, trade shows and industry events, etc.
