We are currently seeking talented and motivated Chefs of different levels to join a hotel kitchen team in Derry/Londonderry. This is an excellent opportunity for passionate chefs looking to take the next step in their career within a professional and supportive environment. You will work closely with the other team members to deliver high-quality, consistent food while helping to lead, train, and inspire the kitchen team. As a hotel chef you will be working 40 hours per week on various shift patterns with full flexibility required Monday - Sunday. All salaries dependent on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Supervise and motivate junior kitchen staff
- Assist with menu development and seasonal changes
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health & safety regulations
- Manage stock control, ordering, and waste reduction
