Blue Arrow are excited to open this opportunity for a transport administrator to work for our internationally renowned logistics client in the BT26 post code area. As a transport administrator you will support both front desk administration and transport compliance operations. This role will appeal to an individual who loves working in a fast-paced team, is proactive and organised. The role boasts a great work-life balance with Monday-Friday work. Based in Culcavy, own transport preferable due to location of site. Temp to Perm Opportunity for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing the admin email inbox
- Debriefing drivers at the end of their shifts
- Communicating with drivers throughout the day to resolve delivery issues
- Monitoring daily operations to ensure all deliveries are completed
- Managing compliance for approximately 15 vehicles and up to 20 drivers
- Monitoring driver hours and tachograph data using Tachomaster
- Confident use of Microlise for vehicle and driver performance monitoring
- Supporting transport compliance and ensuring adherence to company and legal standards
You will have:
- Strong administrative and communication skills
- Confidence working with drivers and transport systems
- Experience with Tachomaster and Microlise preferred
- Ability to work flexibly and manage competing priorities
