Shifts: Tuesday- Saturday 730am- Finish, usually around 4pm

Your role: As a 7.5t Delivery and Installation Driver you will play a critical role in achieving our purpose of helping everyone enjoy amazing technology. You will be responsible for safely delivering, installing and collecting a range of electrical products into customers' homes, which include White Goods, Televisions and cookers.
Your responsibilities:
- Safely deliver, install and demonstrate white goods, televisions and cookers in customers' homes, providing excellent customer service and ensuring all work meets company standards.
- Maintain regular communication with site teams and customers, adapting to changing schedules and resolving delivery or installation issues efficiently.
- Operate handheld delivery systems (Savvy) to complete deliveries, obtain customer signatures and maintain accurate records.
- Manage and secure vehicle loads safely using appropriate equipment, while complying with transport legislation, driving regulations, and health and safety policies.
- Carry out store collections and deliveries, working collaboratively with colleagues and manufacturers to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
You will have:
- C1 (7.5t) license with no more than 6 points
- Valid CPC and Digi cards
- Previous C1 driving experience
- Strong verbal communication, both on the phone and face-to-face in our customers' home
- To utilise equipment and correctly handle products to ensure best practice for a safe delivery e.g., following manual handling and Health and Safety training
