Overview

This is a full-time/part-time, on-site role for a Mandarin Speaking Accounts Assistant located in Bromley BR1.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Processing a high volume of sales/purchase invoices on Accounting Software
  • Reconciling bank accounts and credit card statements
  • Assisting with VAT returns and other routine compliance tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload across multiple clients

Qualifications

  • Previous 2 years UK experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role
  • Knowledge and experience in Accounting and Finance practices
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is required
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools is advantageous
  • ACCA/AAT part qualified or working towards it (preferred, but not essential)

Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.

Location: BR1 1LT (near Bromley South Station)

Hours: Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm (35 hours per week)
