Develop appealing stylised character designs for a 3D animation production.
Location: United Kingdom — outside the M25
Contract and work arrangement: Contract. Flexible, hybrid or remote options can be discussed. Applicants must live in the UK outside the M25 and have the right to work in the UK.
What you will do
- Explore character personality and appearance through references and story-led design.
- Interpret briefs with the Art Director, respond to feedback and deliver assets to schedule.
What the studio is looking for
- Animation-industry experience and a portfolio covering varied styles.
- Strong anatomy, perspective, volume, colour and value skills, using Photoshop or comparable design tools.
- Collaborative communication and adaptability; knowledge of 3D animation workflows is an advantage.
