Blue Zoo is seeking a highly organised and proactive Licensing Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across its Licensing Team. Reporting to the Director of Licensing, this role plays a key part in supporting the continued growth of Blue Zoo’s international licensing and consumer products programmes, working across a portfolio of globally recognised IP including Alphablocks, Numberblocks, Colourblocks, Wonderblocks, and Mojo SwopTops. The role has a strong international focus, involving regular liaison with agents, licensees, and third-party partners across multiple territories, as well as close collaboration with internal teams including Production, Digital, Legal and Marketing. This opportunity is available on a 1 year fixed term contract. We are very happy to discuss flexible, hybrid and remote working options for all our vacancies. The successful candidate for this opportunity will need to commute to the London studio 2-3 times per week and needs to be based in the UK. They require the right to work in the UK. Day to Day

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Licensing Team across all brands and territories.
  • Co-ordinate management of licensing contracts and support reporting process through MyMediaBox, working closely with the Legal and Finance team to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
  • Maintain up-to-date records, trackers, and documentation for licensees, agents, and third-party partners worldwide.
  • Support contract execution, renewals, and general licensing workflow administration.
  • Assist in building and maintaining strong working relationships with international agents, licensees and other third-party partners.
  • Act as a point of contact for day-to-day coordination with external partners where appropriate.
  • Support the Licensing Team with partner communications across multiple territories.
  • Assist with the management, organisation, and distribution of licensed assets in line with brand guidelines.
  • Support the compilation and distribution of sales, marketing, and promotional materials for internal teams, agents, and licensees.
  • Help ensure brand consistency and visibility across all licensed activity.
  • Assist with the coordination of all trade shows, conferences, promotional events, and marketing initiatives.
  • Support the organisation of team meetings and internal licensing presentations.
  • Liaise with partners and internal teams to ensure materials and assets are delivered on time.
  • Support licensing-related social media activity, including content uploads and approvals.
  • Liaise with external partners to coordinate social media activity and ensure consistent brand representation.
  • Assist in maintaining Blue Zoo Licensing profile across digital platforms.
  • Maintain calendar of press activity and advertising – B2B and B2C.

About You

Must Have:

  • Self-starter who can take initiative while supporting a dynamic team environment.
  • Proficient in G Suite, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Quick to learn and adapt to new responsibilities, actively sharing knowledge and insights with the team.
  • Collaborative team player, skilled at building positive relationships and engaging effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • A consistently positive, can-do attitude that drives productivity, fosters a supportive work atmosphere, and inspires those around you.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as a confident communicator.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise a varied and demanding workload.
  • Strong attention to detail with first-class administrative skills.

Bonus Points:

  • Previous experience working in licensing, media, entertainment, or a related field.
  • Experience using MyMediaBox or similar contract management systems.
  • Experience supporting international partners or working across multiple territories.
