As a Junior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will work closely within the People and Talent team to provide an excellent recruitment service to the studio, hiring internally and externally. You will work collaboratively to hire across different departments and disciplines, by sourcing, screening and recruiting great talent. The Talent Team is committed to ensuring all those involved in recruiting have the support and tools they need to hire the best talent. With this level of support and trust, the Talent Acquisition Managers build strong collaborative relationships with key personnel in the studio.
Apart from volume recruitment, you will lead on arranging studio tours and support on People and Talent project work. This opportunity will be offered on a fixed term contract due to start in March - August 2026 only. The successful candidate will need to be based in the UK and will require the right to work in the UK. The successful candidate will be required to be in the London studio once a week. Day to Day
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process across select departments and disciplines.
- Look after the recruitment inbox, responding to emails and requests.
- Build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.
- Support Talent Team with updating role descriptions and post job adverts, ensuring they are up to date for production/department requirements.
- Identify the most suitable candidates for each vacancy, screen candidates and arrange video/zoom interviews with suitable applicants.
- Support the Talent Team and hiring managers to understand the requirements of each role.
- Fully utilise the scope of Eploy and instil best practice within the recruitment process.
- Be the studio's point of contact for Apprenticeships, Internships, schools visits and events.
- Work collaboratively with the rest of the Talent Team to recruit this year's Interns.
- Ensure candidates have an excellent experience from application to onboarding.
- Take ownership of specific ongoing recruitment team projects.
Requirements
Must Haves:
- Cope well under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Effective time management - able to juggle multiple tasks, as well as being able to focus and prioritise.
- Attention to detail - you have a meticulous approach to everything you do.
- Strong communication skills - able to quickly build good relationships and rapport.
- Innovation - when you see areas for improvement, you take responsibility for proposing and implementing those improvements.
- An understanding of the animation/episodic pipeline.
Bonus Points:
- You have a strong interest in animation and visual effects.
- You have experience in television, film, animation or visual effects production.
- Experience supporting high volume recruitment or using an ATS system.
- Experience sourcing Boolean on LinkedIn and alternative search techniques.
