About the Role

Our Production Coordinators work on exciting 3D animation production within the studio. The successful candidate must show enthusiasm, willingness to learn, very strong communication skills, as well as a flair for organisation and a passion for animation production, all whilst maintaining a cool head in a fast-paced and very busy studio. As a Voice Record Production Coordinator, you will support the planning and delivery of voice recording sessions, coordinating talent, studios, schedules, and production teams to ensure recordings run smoothly and efficiently. We are very happy to discuss flexible, hybrid and remote working options for all our vacancies. This opportunity is due to start in late Spring 2026 going through to November 2027 and is available on a fixed term contract. Please note that this vacancy can close early if we receive a high number of applications. The successful candidate will need to be based in the UK and will require the right to work in the UK. This opportunity requires talent to be based regionally - in the UK, outside of the M25 as per client requirements.

Day to Day

  • Act as the communication hub across all animation departments, as well as with our clients.
  • Help to plan and troubleshoot the pipeline for production.
  • Plan with the available resources to optimise the efficiency of each department, in line with the schedule and budget.
  • Be across all aspects of the production as a whole, as well as individual departments.
  • Ensuring the team is working towards the various goals and deadlines that the production demands.

About You - Must Have

  • Confident in motivating and leading teams with enthusiasm whilst working to a tight deadline.
  • Demonstrable experience of working in Microsoft Excel, Google Docs and Final Draft.
  • Experience of working with Shotgrid, Ftrack or similar production scheduling software.
  • Excellent organisational skills and good at multitasking.
  • Great team player.
  • Hard working and efficient.
  • Very strong communication skills and strong IT skills.
  • Understand how to control finances.
  • Have an appreciation of accuracy and pay close attention to detail.
  • Able to deliver on schedule, working calmly and efficiently under pressure.
