About The Role
We are looking for a Production Assistant to work in our talented, busy production team on a great show. Reporting into the Production Manager, the successful candidate will assist with the unique, daily challenges that arise from producing a 3D animation show. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, organised, able to use their initiative, and generally make themselves indispensable in this fast‑paced and rewarding environment. The ideal candidate would come into this role with an understanding of basic animation pipelines and workflow. We are very happy to discuss flexible, hybrid and remote working options for all our vacancies. This opportunity is due to start early June 2026, on a fixed‑term contract running until mid 2027. Please note this vacancy can close early if we receive a high number of applications. The successful candidate will need to be based in the UK and will require the right to work in the UK. Ideally, the candidate will be within a commutable distance to our Brighton studio, though this is not essential.
Day To Day
- Assisting with day‑to‑day production tasks as required by the Production Manager to ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Supporting production with 3D asset tracking and library management across multiple departments.
- Maintaining project tracking tools and frequent progress reporting between Production and department leads.
- Providing relevant data entry to assist the production team in the smooth running of the production.
- Updating the day‑by‑day schedule as and when required, and communicating relevant information to ensure all relevant information is conveyed thoroughly.
- Providing general administrative support to all members of the production team.

Must Have
- Excellent organisational skills and good at multitasking.
- Great team player.
- Self‑motivated and able to work calmly under pressure.
- Hard‑working and efficient.
- Very strong communication skills.
- Proficiency with G‑Suite and Photoshop.
- Good IT skills.

- Prior experience in 3D production and/or understanding of the animation pipeline.
- Prior experience of Shotgrid or Ftrack.
