About the Role
Blue Zoo Digital is a team experienced in launching chart‑topping and award‑winning digital experiences including CBeebies Interactive, Disney's Club Penguin and Peppa Pig World. We combine a user‑centred, data‑focused and innovative approach to ensure that projects are relevant and engaging. With responsibility for Blue Zoo's first‑party IP on digital platforms, we work on the CBeebies top shows Alphablocks, Numberblocks, Colourblocks and Wonderblocks, upcoming hit Mojo Swoptops, and a range of in‑house projects. The team runs a twelve channel YouTube MCN, clocking up 83 billion YouTube impressions through a strong combination of analytics and creative editorial. We have also developed a strong portfolio of kids apps, totalling over 12 million downloads, and manage brand‑led social media channels with a reach of 11.2 million and YoY engagement growth of over 490%.
Our internship programme runs every summer and is ideal for those in their second or third year of university, or other talented people over the age of 18 with no previous industry experience but real passion and a portfolio of work. Interns will work with Blue Zoo talent on exciting projects, developing marketing experience, building a network and gaining industry skills. This role is for UK‑based applicants only, requires commutable distance to our London Studio in Camden and is full‑time in a hybrid capacity – you will be required to work in studio at least three days per week. To be considered, candidates will have no previous industry experience, including any internship or paid role. Voluntary work experience should be stated clearly in your CV. Each internship will be paid the London Living Wage of £555 a week. Contract end date: Friday 24 July 2026.

Day to Day
- Assist the team to plan, create and schedule compelling content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to text, images, videos and stories.
- Assist with filming and editing videos to produce high‑quality and engaging content.
- Utilise basic Photoshop and image design skills to create visually appealing graphics and designs.
- Understand how to monitor social media channels for UGC and leverage it to enhance brand presence.
- Research social media trends, tools and best practices.
- Learn about Meta Business Suite and Hootsuite for scheduling and analysing social media performance.
- Assist in rolling out influencer marketing strategies.
About You
- Good communication and organisation skills.
