They are experts in light, color, and creative problem solving. Your daily tasks include creating lighting in Maya, compositing in Nuke, and balancing quality with deadlines. Requirements: Knowledge of lighting principles in stylised animation. Understanding of 3D rendering, Maya, and render engines like Redshift. Knowledge of color theory, composition, and utility passes in compositing. Problem solving, attention to detail, good communication, and ability to work independently. Additional skills (bonus): Python scripting, After Effects, FTrack, shading, understanding of production pipelines. Location & Work Model: Must be based in the UK, with at least 2 days/week in our London studio. No visa sponsorship available.
