About The Role
We are looking for a Production Assistant to work in our talented, busy production team on a great show. Reporting into the Production Manager, the successful candidate will assist with the unique, daily challenges that arise from producing a 3D animation show. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, organised, able to use their initiative and generally make themselves indispensable in this fast-paced and rewarding environment. The ideal candidate would come into this role with an understanding of basic animation pipelines and workflow. We are very happy to discuss flexible, hybrid and remote working options for all our vacancies. This opportunity is due to start mid November 2025 with a fixed term contract running until August 2026. Please note this vacancy can close early if we receive a high number of applications. The successful candidates will need to be based in the UK and will require the right to work in the UK. Ideally, the successful candidate will be within a commutable distance to our Brighton Zoo studio, though this is not essential.
Day To Day
- Assisting with day to day production tasks as required by the Production Manager to ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Support production with 3D asset tracking and library management across multiple departments.
- Maintenance of project tracking tools, frequent progress reporting between Production and department leads.
- To provide relevant data entry to assist the production team to aid the smooth running of the production.
- Updating the day-by-day schedule as and when required, and providing the relevant information and communication, to ensure all relevant information is communicated thoroughly.
- To provide general administrative support to all members of the production team.

- Self-motivated and able to work calmly under pressure

- Very strong communication skills
- Proficiency with G Suite and Photoshop
- Good IT skills
