What you'll be doing:
- Acting as the primary contact for customer queries across phone, email, and live chat
- Troubleshooting and owning tickets through to resolution
- Building strong, positive relationships with customers and colleagues alike
- Learning the ins and outs of our products and becoming a trusted expert
- Supporting a wide variety of areas: technical support, migrations, bespoke templates, bug investigations, and more
- Liaising with internal teams and third parties to ensure smooth and timely solutions
- Contributing to knowledge base articles and sharing best practice
What you'll bring:
- Some experience with IT support or a strong technical foundation (graduates welcome!)
- Familiarity with databases (SQL Server preferred), Windows OS, and Microsoft Office
- Great communication skills - you're confident, approachable, and customer-focused
- An organised, proactive approach to solving problems and managing your time
- A genuine enthusiasm for learning new technologies and developing your skills
Nice-to-have (but not essential):
- SQL Server / report writing
- Experience with Freshdesk, Intercom, or YouTrack
- Knowledge of web technologies
