As an Implementation Support Specialist, you will support the implementation team whilst they are overseeing and co-ordinating product implementations for new customers.
- Building customised software and hardware systems for customers
- Building and formatting document templates
- Configuration of system to customers' requirements
- Thorough data validation checks of imported data
- Resolving appropriate support tickets for customers (implementation related)
Key Accountabilities
- Maintaining strong communication channels and building trusted relationships with clients and internal teams
- Support sales efforts on new client projects through solution demonstration
- Through the understanding of our product suite, work with the project team and other stakeholders to produce proposed solutions for process improvement
- Helping to evolve the product based on customer feedback
- Ensuring calendars and project tracking systems are accurately and regularly updated
- Using the ticketing system to manage work and support customers
- Troubleshooting application issues
- Working to required deadlines
