We are looking for a Supply Chain Advisor with strong hands-on experience in Blue Yonder WMS and a solid understanding of warehouse operations, solution design, and customer engagement. This role will support customers and internal teams across the full lifecycle of opportunity shaping, solution advisory, blueprinting, and design alignment, with a particular focus on Blue Yonder WMS capabilities. The ideal candidate combines practical system knowledge with the ability to translate operational requirements into solution-oriented discussions and credible functional guidance. The role requires someone who is comfortable engaging with customer stakeholders, understanding business and operational challenges, and articulating how Blue Yonder WMS capabilities can support those needs in a clear, structured, and value-driven way.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the qualification and shaping of customer opportunities related to warehouse management and execution.
- Engage with customer stakeholders to understand operational processes, pain points, and business requirements across warehouse operations.
- Provide functional and solution-oriented guidance on Blue Yonder WMS capabilities in the context of customer needs.
- Translate customer requirements into high-level solution approaches aligned with product capability and implementation considerations.
- Contribute to workshops, discovery sessions, blueprint activities, and design discussions for WMS-related initiatives.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of warehouse execution processes such as inbound, outbound, inventory management, task management, and operational control.
- Act as a trusted advisor in customer-facing conversations, helping teams position appropriate WMS approaches with clarity and credibility.
- Collaborate closely with account teams, solution advisors, enterprise solution architects, delivery teams, and leadership to ensure aligned and realistic solution direction.
- Support the preparation of customer-facing materials, functional walkthroughs, and capability discussions to illustrate how the solution addresses operational requirements.
- Bring a practical perspective on system usage, process design, and solution applicability to help reduce risk and strengthen the overall customer proposition.
Required Experience And Capabilities
- Strong hands-on experience with Blue Yonder WMS, including practical knowledge of system functionality and configuration principles.
- Good understanding of warehouse operations and execution processes in complex customer environments.
- Ability to connect business requirements with system capabilities in a structured and credible way.
- Experience participating in customer-facing discussions, workshops, or advisory sessions related to WMS solutions.
- Confidence in explaining solution capabilities, process flows, and functional value to both business and operational stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex system topics for different audiences.
- Experience supporting solution definition, requirement analysis, and functional alignment activities.
- Ability to work across different phases of the customer lifecycle, from early-stage opportunity discussions through blueprint and design activities.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with sales, advisory, architecture, and delivery teams.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in supply chain software advisory, solution consulting, implementation consulting, or similar customer-facing roles.
- Exposure to customer solution walkthroughs, functional demonstrations, or capability presentations in a warehouse management context.
- Experience in blueprint, design authority, or solution governance activities.
- Understanding of broader execution domain topics such as TMS, automation integration, or end-to-end supply chain flows.
- Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments.
