What You'll Do:
- Lead a team of 3-5 direct reports, providing development and support
- Ensure accurate, timely, and complete revenue activity recording in compliance with US GAAP and company policies
- Manage month-end revenue close, including reviewing billing, revenue schedules, journal entries, reconciliations, and revenue allocations
- Prepare and review quarterly flux explanations for selected accounts
- Review and approve professional services agreements, ensuring correct contract setup
- Evaluate and improve current processes, providing analysis to support internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with revenue recognition and quote-to-cash teams to ensure policy compliance
- Build effective relationships with Sales, Finance, Tax, Legal, and Controllership teams
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements
- Support external and internal audits as needed
- Escalate issues and meet deadlines
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA preferred
- Public accounting or assurance experience preferred
- ASC 606 experience preferred
- Strong team management and development skills
- Willingness to support multiple time zones
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Workday, Upland, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, forward-thinking, and problem-solving skills
