The Senior Marketing Project Manager is a visionary leader responsible for driving the execution of complex, large‑scale marketing initiatives across global and regional programs. This role is designed for professionals with extensive experience in project management who excel at leading cross‑functional teams, shaping strategic processes, and delivering innovative campaigns and events at scale. You will play a pivotal role in transforming marketing operations, mentoring talent, and championing Blue Yonder’s brand on a global stage.
Strategic Leadership
- Architect and lead the planning, execution, and delivery of annual flagship marketing projects, including major sales kickoff events, large‑scale global events, and strategic playbook initiatives.
- Drive the development and implementation of advanced project‑management frameworks and best practices to optimize efficiency, quality, and scalability across all marketing programs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing expert consultation on campaign strategy, process innovation, and business impact.
Operational Excellence
- Monitor and analyze project‑management tool data to proactively identify bottlenecks, forecast risks, and develop mitigation strategies that ensure seamless project delivery.
- Allocate and coordinate resources by evaluating team skill sets, availability, and project requirements to maximize productivity and on‑time completion of deliverables.
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects, prioritizing and tracking progress to ensure all deadlines and quality standards are met.
Collaboration experience with Wrike is strongly preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with marketing platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, and Drift preferred. Background in design, or marketing departments is highly desirable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- PMP or an equivalent project‑management certification is strongly preferred.
