What You’ll Do
- Support the Annual Go To Market Business Plan for Logistics Service Providers – 50% GTM approach, Budget Interlock plan creation experience is desired
- Performance Analysis and Insight Creation with Differentiation is desired
- Sales Plays & Sales Play Content Creation & Savvy Advisory simplified points of view for C-Suite audiences is desired
- Industry packaging, differentiation & industry messaging
- Thought Leadership Content - AI, not only the what but the how
- Execution of Sales/Events – 40% Sales support at CXO level at prospects and customers; leveraging AI, ML to enable end-to-end logistics solutions that solve real-world problems
- Participation in Industry events
- Advisory boards
- Building strong customer references
- Contributing to Corporate Strategy – 10% Industry trends - develop market growth and development plans for expanding industries
- Support TAM analysis and opportunities

What We Are Looking For
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Logistics, Logistics Service Provider space, with a focus on industry-specific strategies or equivalent experience in software execution with use cases and AI
- Exposure to Transportation, Warehousing, Automation, 3PL, AI agents, and Fourth Party Logistics models is highly preferred
- Previous experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 software Command Centers, WMS, TMS, and Platforms as a user or influencer of software selection
- Former P-L experience, operations, consulting, and framework design, partnered with sales methodology experience is preferred
- A self-starter who can hit the ground running and is accountable to do-say culture is preferred
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand complex industry trends and drivers, and to align across matrix organizations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships and influence key stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills to lead cross-functional teams and drive results
- Experience in a team-based selling environment
- Exceptional presentation, facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills.
