Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Manage and develop the HR (Associate Success) Shared Services team, fostering collaboration, accountability, continuous learning, and consistent service delivery. Build a culture for the team focused on customer service, accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Oversee core HR administrative services, including onboarding, benefits administration, employee life-cycle processes, records management, and offboarding. Provide coaching, mentorship, and day-to-day support to team members to promote professional growth and performance.
- Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Identify and support opportunities to centralize, standardize, and improve HR operational processes across the region. Monitor emerging HR service delivery trends and technologies and provide recommendations to improve effectiveness. Support effective use of HR technology platforms and partner with stakeholders to improve system utilization and integration with business processes. Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve service delivery and reduce manual effort.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure HR service delivery practices comply with applicable labor laws, data privacy requirements, organizational policies, and internal controls. Maintain accurate, secure, and compliant employee records and documentation standards. Serve as an escalation point for complex HR service issues and support timely, effective resolution.
- Employee & Leader Support: Partner with HR Business Partners, regional BYonder Care teams, Payroll, Finance, and business leaders to support evolving organizational needs. Ensure timely resolution of employee and Sr Director and below inquiries. Improve employee experience through streamlined processes and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in HR operations, shared services, or a related field.
- Experience in a people leadership role, preferably managing teams across multiple European Countries.
- Experience as an HR Business Partner or Employee Relations Specialist.
- Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proven experience managing AS and case management technology platforms.
- Strong background in process optimization, change management, and project management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to collaborate and influence across various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in AS technology and data management systems.
