As a Sr. Enterprise Solution Architect (ESA) focused on Fleet Management within Blue Yonder’s Execution portfolio, you will play a pivotal role in designing, guiding, and ensuring the successful delivery of end-to-end fleet and transportation execution solutions for our customers. You will act as a trusted advisor for large-scale supply chain transformation initiatives, combining deep operational expertise in fleet-based businesses with strong solution and value-oriented architecture skills. Your responsibility goes beyond solution design: you will take ownership for the brilliance of the outcome, ensuring that Blue Yonder Fleet Management solutions are implemented in a way that delivers measurable operational, financial, and strategic value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture and functional design for enterprise-scale implementations of Blue Yonder Fleet Management, including integration with Transportation, Warehouse, and broader Execution and Planning solutions.
- Apply deep understanding of fleet operational use cases, including:
- Long-distance and continuous move operations
- Dedicated and recurring route-based fleet scenarios
- Regional distribution networks
- Highly dynamic first- and last-mile execution with minute-level planning precision
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in fleet management, transportation execution, or supply chain execution environments.
- Extensive hands-on knowledge of fleet-based operational models, including long-haul, regional, recurring, and last-mile scenarios.
- Strong understanding of optimisation algorithms, constraints, and planning logic used in fleet and execution systems.
- Proven experience leading or significantly influencing successful technology implementations with measurable business impact.
- Ability to bridge operational reality and enterprise software solutions, translating business needs into scalable architectures.
- Strong personal presence with the ability to convince, guide, and influence customers and internal stakeholders.
- Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites as required.
- Background in IT, enterprise software, or solution architecture is helpful but not mandatory.

- First-hand operational experience running or managing fleet, transportation, or logistics operations.
