Blue Yonder is seeking an experienced marketing campaign manager to support the development and execution of global logistics service provider marketing campaigns for our supply chain platform. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, tracking, and analyzing high-impact global integrated marketing campaigns, including campaign briefs, messaging, content creation, and channel mix, that drive demand and revenue growth within new and existing accounts for the logistics service provider vertical.
What you will do:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns by collaborating with global marketing, creative resources, business development, sales, and other stakeholders to determine optimal audience targets and channel mix, including content marketing, webinars, direct mail, organic and paid social media, email drips/nurtures and other relevant media channels, to achieve lead generation and sales goals.
- Coordinate go-to-market initiatives and campaigns from start to finish, ensuring that all deliverables are executed on time, within budget, with precision, and on brand.
- Set targets, track, and prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for program success.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare reports on marketing effectiveness.
- Work closely with internal teams, such as Field Marketing, Sales, Industry Insights, Product Marketing and BD to effectively share messaging and ensure follow-up to optimize marketing program adoption and results.
- Build knowledge of Blue Yonder's solutions, target market, client base, the decision-making process and how lead generation should best address and support our ideal customer profile and key sales stakeholders.
- Support the wider LSP Field Marketing team for delivery of other projects, such as ABM programs, events and others.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or at least 3+ years of experience in software marketing, marketing to retailers, or a related field.
- Prior experience working closely with a sales and/or business development team, preferably within a B2B SaaS company is highly desired.
- General understanding of B2B marketing, the customer buying journey, demand generation, marketing automation, lead conversion and nurturing programs.
- Experience creating campaign briefs and working with a creative team and agencies to translate the vision into a creative concept.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills with the ability to develop positive and professional relationships with cross-functional teams across domestic and international markets.
- Positive, self-starter with a drive to succeed and comfortable with high levels of ambiguity in a quickly changing business environment.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, metrics-oriented environment, comfortable with analytics and adapting quickly to meet business needs.
- Experience with marketing tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, 6Sense, Salesloft, etc.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Occasional travel required.
