As an Education Architect, Int, you help customers get the most out of their Blue Yonder solutions. You deliver engaging, hands‑on training for new and existing customers, develop and update courses and materials using real‑world scenarios, and make learning practical and memorable. You stay on top of solution updates and industry trends, and work closely with Product Management, Product Development, and Professional Services teams to keep training relevant and impactful. This role directly influences customer adoption and success while growing your own expertise in training delivery and contributing to key learning metrics, including customer satisfaction, training quality, and adoption outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, hands‑on training across assigned Blue Yonder solutions, tailoring sessions to meet customer learning objectives.
- Develop and update courses and materials, incorporating real‑world scenarios to make learning practical and memorable.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Product Development, and Professional Services to keep training aligned with the latest capabilities and roadmap changes.
- Use practical examples to help learners apply concepts effectively.
- Collect feedback and continuously improve the training experience.
- Ensure sessions are professional, high‑quality, and engaging.
- Track learning metrics, including customer satisfaction, training quality, and adoption outcomes, to measure impact.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in customer‑facing roles such as training, Professional Services, or operational enablement.
- Ability to travel internationally.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with legacy Blue Yonder solutions is welcome; willingness and ability to learn new capabilities is required.
