We are seeking a Director, Supply Chain Advisory to lead our advisory practice focused on strategic supply chain transformation for enterprise clients. The director will combine deep domain knowledge, consultative leadership, and commercial acumen to shape client engagements, develop advisory offerings, mentor teams of consultants, and drive revenue growth through high-value solutions that leverage Blue Yonder’s portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as a strategic technical advisor to executive stakeholders, shaping long‑term transformation roadmaps and solution investment strategies.
- Lead enterprise‑level discovery and architecture assessments, translating business objectives into scalable, integrated supply chain architectures.
- Define solution blueprints and reference architectures that establish design authority, enforce standards, and ensure cross‑solution alignment across all project phases.
- Oversee architectural governance to ensure implementation decisions align with best practices in scalability, extensibility, performance, and security.
- Guide customers through complex process re‑engineering initiatives, influencing organizational design, workflow optimization, and enterprise change management.
- Act as the escalation point for architectural and solution issues across the customer lifecycle, guiding resolution strategies and safeguarding customer success.

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain solution architecture, advisory, consulting, or enterprise systems integration.
- Proven experience designing and leading large‑scale, global supply chain transformations.
- Deep expertise across multiple domains, such as forecasting, demand and supply planning, inventory optimization, logistics, warehouse and transportation operations, order orchestration, or network design.
- Strong executive communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify complex architectures for both business and technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to influence enterprise strategy, shape long‑term roadmaps, and drive sustained customer value.
- Strong understanding of SaaS solution deployment, including change management considerations, integrations, customization, and full project lifecycle governance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead blueprinting and design authority exercises across multi‑solution implementations.
- Expertise connecting architectural and configuration decisions to operational KPIs and financial outcomes.
- Advanced understanding of enterprise technical architecture, APIs, data flows, interoperability, and integration strategies.
- Experience operating effectively in fast‑paced, highly complex environments with competing priorities and senior stakeholders.
