Responsibilities
- Manage project administration by organising communication, drafting project documents, scheduling meetings and coordinating with teams and external partners to keep everything up to date.
- Support and coordinate all aspects of fieldwork, ensuring protocols are followed and online scripts are accurate.
- Monitor fieldwork progress, quotas and participant communications to ensure timely and accurate completion.
- Assist with qualitative research tasks such as testing and checking online scripts, moderating interviews, writing summaries and completing content analysis.
- Support client management by assisting with client requests, attending meetings and understanding client needs.
- Conduct data checks, contribute to analysis plans and help prepare client reports with accurate findings.
Qualifications & Training
The successful candidate will work towards a Level 4 Market Research qualification, which takes 15-18 months to complete. The apprentice must complete a minimum of 6 hours per week during working hours, with monthly training sessions conducted by a tutor, and tasks assigned to be completed during those hours.
Working Arrangements
Core working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours per week.
