- 10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies and driving revenue growth
- Experience leading and mentoring sales teams
- Strong understanding of the supply chain software market and customer needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
