Serve as an executive sponsor and thought partner, shaping clients’ data and AI agendas. Ensure consistent delivery methodologies and scalable, high-quality outcomes. Help clients move beyond AI hype to practical, high-impact execution. Partner with business development and marketing to co-create propositions that drive business impact through AI. Champion delivery-led growth within priority accounts. Build a future-focused delivery roadmap aligned to AI, automation, and real-time decisioning. Promote a product mindset within the team, developing reusable assets and accelerators that combine data, technology, and human insight. Ensure the responsible and effective use of AI in all aspects of delivery. Support experimentation with generative AI, automation tools, and intelligent decision platforms. Develop a high-performing consulting team with commercial acumen and strategic delivery skills. Foster curiosity and AI fluency across the consulting organisation. Help shape the firm\’s identity, culture, and scalability for long-term success. Strong internal talent pipeline and future leadership bench.
