The Role
This role acts as a critical connector between where our clients are today and where they aspire to be. You’ll play a key role in delivering value—not just through execution, but by evolving our delivery model, embedding innovation, and scaling a consulting capability built for a data- and AI-driven future.
You’ll guide clients in applying Data & AI effectively and responsibly, translating potential into measurable improvements in operations and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Delivery Leadership
- Lead strategic, high-impact engagements focused on business outcomes and long-term value.
- Drive account growth through delivery excellence, cross-sell opportunities, and trusted client partnerships.
- Serve as an executive sponsor and thought partner, shaping clients’ data and AI agendas.
- Ensure consistent delivery methodologies and scalable, high-quality outcomes.
- Help clients move beyond AI hype to practical, high-impact execution.
Strategic Growth & Positioning
- Shape the delivery strategy to support growth, differentiation, and scale.
- Partner with business development and marketing to co-create propositions that drive business impact through AI.
- Champion delivery-led growth within priority accounts.
- Identify strategic opportunities to expand client relationships and increase revenue across sectors.
Innovation, Productisation & Future Readiness
- Build a future-focused delivery roadmap aligned to AI, automation, and real-time decisioning.
- Promote a product mindset within the team, developing reusable assets and accelerators that combine data, technology, and human insight.
- Ensure the responsible and effective use of AI in all aspects of delivery.
- Support experimentation with generative AI, automation tools, and intelligent decision platforms.
Team & Capability Development
- Develop a high-performing consulting team with commercial acumen and strategic delivery skills.
- Mentor and grow the next generation of delivery leaders.
- Foster curiosity and AI fluency across the consulting organisation.
Executive Leadership
- Contribute to the leadership team’s strategic direction and operational cadence.
- Align cross-functional teams to shared goals and execution discipline.
- Help shape the firm's identity, culture, and scalability for long-term success.
