As a Service Delivery Specialist based in Chester, UK, you will ensure the successful delivery of services for customers across Europe, UK, and the Middle East, managing the end-to-end process from order intake to order completion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the on-boarding of new customers and setting them up in various systems, together with the Inside Sales teams.
  • Managing new customer projects from ordering, planning, and tracking.
  • Measuring, reporting, reviewing, and recommending on Network performance and utilisation.
  • Organising training and documentation for customers throughout their lifecycle.
  • Improving processes and automation.
  • Supporting colleagues overseas where required.
  • Maintaining and expanding relationships with key sales channels.
  • Being the advocate for Blue Wireless services during customer meetings.
  • Validating operations documentation to allow bill generation.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Our sales channels and customers are Europe-based but require services globally. Working together with teams in Australia, Singapore, and the US happens daily and may require occasional overseas travel.

If you have a positive, problem-solving attitude, great organisation skills, and excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal), we would love to hear from you. A minimal Bachelor Education and experience in an international business environment are advantageous but not a must. Passion for technology and enterprise networks is a nice-to-have.
