Blue Water Recruitment are currently looking for a Resident Liaison Officer in Wigan starting Monday 26th March 2026. The works involve replacement cladding/facade to the full building.

The role entails liaison between the building management and tenants. This role will require twice a week site attendance for proposed tenants meetings on Monday and Thursday mornings between 10-12pm.

Maximum 25 hours per week (suggested 5 hours per day) with a project duration of 46 weeks, starting Monday 23rd March. This is a temp to perm position for 4-6 weeks.
