We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a major onshore power station project based in Sizewell. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile infrastructure scheme and play a key role in delivering complex construction packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Subcontract management of steelwork, cladding, and building envelope packages
- Production and management of upstream (upline) change events relating to the above packages
- Commercial oversight, including cost control, forecasting, and reporting
- Working closely with project teams to ensure contractual compliance and efficiency
- Utilising document control systems effectively to manage project information
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a contracting environment (essential – client-side experience alone will not be considered)
- Strong technical knowledge of steelwork, cladding, and building envelope systems
- Demonstrable experience working under NEC contracts
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with document control systems
- Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
