Blue Water Recruitment are a leading construction recruitment agency specialising in supplying high-quality personnel across Wales and the South West. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Technical / White Collar division.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a long-term career in recruitment, with a clear pathway into a Recruitment Consultant role.

The Role: As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will support experienced consultants in delivering candidates into a range of white-collar construction roles, including:

  • Site Managers
  • Project Managers
  • Quantity Surveyors
  • Engineers
  • Commercial and Design roles

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing candidates via CV Library, job boards, LinkedIn, and internal database
  • Writing and posting job adverts
  • Screening CVs and conducting candidate registrations
  • Building strong relationships with candidates
  • Managing candidate availability and job matching
  • Supporting consultants with live vacancies
  • Ensuring compliance and right-to-work documentation is completed
  • Maintaining and updating the CRM system

Requirements:

  • Previous recruitment, resourcing, sales, or customer service experience desirable
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Target-driven and motivated
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident using job boards and IT systems
  • Interest in construction or technical recruitment preferred
