The Role: As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will support experienced consultants in delivering candidates into a range of white-collar construction roles, including:
- Site Managers
- Project Managers
- Quantity Surveyors
- Engineers
- Commercial and Design roles
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates via CV Library, job boards, LinkedIn, and internal database
- Writing and posting job adverts
- Screening CVs and conducting candidate registrations
- Building strong relationships with candidates
- Managing candidate availability and job matching
- Supporting consultants with live vacancies
- Ensuring compliance and right-to-work documentation is completed
- Maintaining and updating the CRM system
Requirements:
- Previous recruitment, resourcing, sales, or customer service experience desirable
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Target-driven and motivated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Confident using job boards and IT systems
