We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Document Controller / Office Manager for an ongoing placement supporting the next phase of civil engineering works in Fawley, Southampton. This is a hybrid role based primarily on site, acting as the central point of contact for administrative support across the project while also overseeing the day-to-day operations of the site office.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the project team
- Managing and coordinating site office activities
- Maintaining effective document control procedures
- Ensuring all project documentation is accurately filed within relevant IT systems
- Adhering to established indexing and document naming protocols
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and prior experience in document control within a construction or civil engineering environment.
Rate: 17.50 per hour (PAYE) - 22.50 per hour. Candidates whose expectations fall outside of this rate band are still encouraged to apply and may be submitted for client review.
