Key Responsibilities:
- Managing high-value construction projects involving external works, temporary works, scaffolding, roofing, and concrete repair packages from pre-construction through to completion.
- Coordinating subcontractors, engineers, and site teams to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget.
- Managing roofing and concrete repair works, ensuring quality workmanship, structural integrity, and compliance with specifications and manufacturer standards.
- Liaising with clients, consultants, local authorities, and stakeholders providing regular progress updates and maintaining strong working relationships.
Key Requirements:
- Temporary Works Certificate, SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
- Must have experience in external works.
