Blue Water Recruitment are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor for a tier 1 construction company working on highway infrastructure services for a temp to perm position to start ASAP.
Some key responsibilities:
- Commercial & contract management of NEC4 including pricing works, compensation events and admin vis CEMAR.
- Ensuring accurate measurement from site records, timely payment notifications and agreement of final accounts.
- Working closely with clients, operations teams and supply chain to support valuations, resolve queries, and manage risks and opportunities.
You will need:
- Minimum HND/HNC in quantity surveying.
- 5+ years construction industry experience.
- NEC 4 contract knowledge (options A, C & E) is essential.
- Ability to price works using first principles.
