- Managing multiple small-value fit out projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget, and to client specifications.
- Overseeing project costs and budgets using Quantity Surveying experience to control expenditure, track variations, and maximise profitability.
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery across multiple live sites.
- Managing procurement of materials and subcontractors, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and timely deliveries.
