Blue Water Recruitment are currently looking for a Design Coordinator for various sites - North/South London, Southampton, Portsmouth and Basingstoke. This role is starting immediately for permanent work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creation, monitoring, and revision of assigned drawings.
- Respond to technical queries and make recommendations to fix problems.
- Assist D&Q Manager with training and advising site management and subcontractors as required.
- Ensure updated information for subcontractor database is passed to procurement and ordering.
Key Requirements:
- Engineering or architect related studies or equivalent experience.
- CSCS Card basic level.
- Facades experience, EWI, Cladding, rain screen experience is essential.
- General IT: Competent user of MS Excel, MS Word, Project Probe, Microsoft Outlook email and calendars.
- Expert AutoCAD user (3D AutoCAD/SketchUp/Revit optional).
