We are seeking a Fully Qualified Electrician with Solar experience to join a growing and dynamic team in the South Wales area and surroundings. This is an exceptional opportunity to step into a leadership role, managing a team of apprentices while working in the renewable energy sector. You will play a key role in driving solar projects forward and contribute to a greener future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a small team of apprentices on solar installation projects
  • Oversee and ensure the safe and efficient installation of solar PV systems
  • Carry out electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting on solar systems
  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to deliver projects on time and to specification
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical regulations and health & safety standards
  • Provide mentorship and on-the-job training for apprentices
