Blue Water Recruitment are currently looking for a Trainee Document Controller in Cardiff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Periodically visit sites and assist with administration of project documentation.
- Assist with administrating the clients SOE list or other 'snagging' database.
- Set up building manual / H & S file template and tracker as directed by contracts managers.
- Chase up Building Manual / H & S file documentation, update tracker and file when received.
- Collate, publish and manage building manual / H & S file.
Key Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail, ensuring accurate management of project documents and records.
- Good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn document management systems (e.g. Aconex, Asite, Viewpoint).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with site teams, engineers, and office staff.
