Key Responsibilites - * Monitoring recladding, façade remediation, insulation replacement, fire-stopping, and associated external works. * Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation, company policies, risk assessments, and method statements. * Identifying and resolving site issues, delays, and technical challenges to minimise disruption to residents and project delivery. * Liaising with project managers, quantity surveyors, clients, consultants, and resident liaison teams.
