Blue Water Recruitment are currently looking for a Supervisor based in Cardiff for a permanent contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring recladding, façade remediation, insulation replacement, fire-stopping, and associated external works.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation, company policies, risk assessments, and method statements.
- Identifying and resolving site issues, delays, and technical challenges to minimise disruption to residents and project delivery.
- Liaising with project managers, quantity surveyors, clients, consultants, and resident liaison teams.
Qualifications:
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid
- Experience with Cladding, Facades and EWI
