We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to lead a high-profile cladding and recladding project in Cardiff. This project involves the removal of existing cladding and the installation of new facades on a series of high-rise apartment buildings. You will be responsible for the full site management of this project, ensuring it is delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Our client also requires an Assistant Site Manager if this level is more suitable to your experience level.

Key Responsibilities – Site Manager

  • Oversee all aspects of the cladding, facade, and EWI works on site.
  • Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation.

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on cladding, facade, or EWI projects.
