We are seeking an experienced MEP Manager to join a leading Tier 1 contractor delivering major projects across Cardiff and South Wales. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services from design through to handover, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate MEP works on site
- Lead MEP subcontractors and oversee performance
- Manage design, technical submissions, commissioning, and handover
- Ensure compliance with specifications, regulations, and H&S standards
- Work closely with Project, Commercial, and Design teams
About You
- Proven experience as an MEP / M&E Manager on large construction projects
- Strong technical knowledge of building services
- Experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors preferred
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
