DESIGN MANAGER - CARDIFF (CF)
Blue Water Recruitment are working with a Tier One Main Contractor who are looking for an experienced Design Manager to join their team in Cardiff.
The role will involve:
- Managing and coordinating the design process
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical information
- Managing design programmes and deliverables
- Resolving design and technical issues
- Ensuring designs are compliant, buildable, and delivered to programme
- Working closely with the wider project team
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous Design Manager experience
- Main contractor/Tier One experience
- Strong technical and design coordination knowledge
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
