We rebuild tropical fisheries with coastal communities. Blue Ventures is a marine conservation organisation that puts people first. We support coastal fishers in remote and rural communities to rebuild fisheries, restore ocean life and build lasting pathways to prosperity. Our work began two decades ago in Madagascar’s remote coastal communities and is growing globally. Across a dozen countries, we’re partnering with traditional fishers and community organisations to design, scale, strengthen and sustain fisheries management and conservation at the community level. We bring partners together in networks to advocate for reform and share tools and best practices to support fishing communities across the globe.
Summary job description
Blue Ventures is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Delivery for 12 months to drive the planning and mobilisation of our organisational strategy and change management to support the organisation’s continued global success and ensure the achievement of its ambitious 2030 strategic goals. You will work cross-functionally to align region and department strategies, organisational key results and multi-year plans with Blue Ventures’ 2030 goals and objectives; Drive the successful planning and initial execution of the TOM programme. Align organisational design components with strategic objectives. Oversee the mapping and transformation of key business processes and platform integrations. Implement efficacy and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline BV’s global operations.
