Summary Job Description

We are looking for two Executive Assistants to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to provide high‑level administrative support to three ELT members each, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of day‑to‑day operations. The role requires exceptional organisational skills, the ability to manage complex schedules, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. The Executive Assistant will handle sensitive information, coordinate meetings and events, and oversee travel arrangements, acting as a trusted partner to the ELT members they support. The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, resourceful, and able to balance competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. This role ensures the efficiency and success of the Chief Executive Officer, the executive team and the overall organisation.
