This role is a nightshift Housing Assistant working in our Oban Solas service, with a 3‑week rota that includes some weekend work.

About You
- Genuine passion for helping people
- At least 1 year of experience working with vulnerable people and challenging behaviour (personal, voluntary or professional)
- Commitment to the Scottish Social Services Council code of practice, National Care Standards, Scottish Commission for the Regulation of Care and Associates policies and procedures
- Empathetic ability to relate to people and recognise their right to choice and independence
- Flexibility to work as a lone worker
- Competent use of Microsoft or equivalent applications
- Ideally hold an SVQ Level 2 or above and willing to work towards an SVQ 3
- Will register with the Scottish Social Services Council within 3 months of start date and maintain professional learning
