Our client is an award-winning, Cambridge-based medical technology and AI company, and they are looking for a Commercial Sales Manager to take their breakthrough cardiovascular monitoring technology directly to the people who can put it into patients' hands. This is a business built on a genuine mission: making early detection of dangerous heart rhythm problems accessible to everyone, not just the few. Their AI-powered wearable heart monitor has just secured a place on a national NHS framework, opening the door for every NHS Trust, ICB, government agency and private healthcare provider in the UK to buy directly. Now they need someone to get out on the road and make that opportunity count. This is a full time permanent role. WHAT'S ON OFFER Company car or car allowance Commission Scheme The chance to sell a UK-designed, UK-manufactured product with NHS-wide access already secured Genuine autonomy in your territory THE ROLE This is a selling role, not a desk-based strategy job. You'll be the person opening doors, running meetings, and closing business across ICBs, NHS trusts and private healthcare providers nationwide spending most of your time on the road, in front of customers, rather than behind a screen. Sell a UK-designed, UK-manufactured cardiovascular monitoring device directly to cardiology and diagnostics buyers across the UK, spanning both public and private sectors Build and grow relationships with ICBs, NHS trust procurement and clinical teams, and private healthcare providers Travel extensively to meet customers, run demonstrations and close deals face to face Identify and open new accounts across your territory, drawing on your existing network Convert pilot programmes into paid, ongoing business Report back on sales activity, pipeline and results WHAT YOU'LL BRING Current or recent field sales experience in cardiology or cardiac diagnostics Existing relationships across ICBs, NHS trusts and private healthcare providers A genuine, proven track record of winning new business through direct, in-person selling, not
