Account Manager Role Summary The Paid Media Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring campaigns are planned, delivered and optimised effectively across multiple media channels. Working closely with the Account Director, this role acts as a key point of contact for clients while overseeing campaign performance, reporting and execution. The Account Manager combines strong client service skills with hands-on media expertise, translating client objectives into effective media plans, driving performance through continuous optimisation, and providing clear insights and recommendations that support campaign success and long-term account growth. 2–3+ years’ experience in a SME media or performance marketing (digital) agency. ~ Experience creating and presenting campaign performance insights and optimisation recommendations to clients. ~ Competitive salary based on experience ~3% employer pension contribution ~ Hybrid working model (3 days in the Maldon, Essex office (Tues-Thurs) and 2 days at home) ~23 days holiday per year, plus additional day for birthday ~ Continuous media training, internal and external ~ Summer and Christmas social events Blue Tiger is an independent media agency specialising in strategic media planning, buying and campaign delivery across digital, offline, and emerging channels.
