This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a friendly, progressive company based in the heart of Birmingham. We are one of the premier BIM 3D modelling specialists, producing installation and fabrication drawings on major building services projects all over the country. Due to growth and the increase of workload, we are looking for an administrator to support our Project Managers with the documentation on their projects.
Essential requirements:
- Previous experience as an administrator – minimum 18 months
- Must be organised
- Exceptional attention to detail – high accuracy level
- Ability to multitask across different projects with differing requirements
- Excellent IT skills - Excel and Access Database primarily, but also MS Office
- Flexible and adaptable to the variety of work that will come their way
- Availability to work 11am - 5pm (Monday to Friday)
Desirable:
- Experience working in the construction sector
Some aspects of the role will include:
- Providing a variety of administration support to our Project Managers
- Checking and informing Project Managers of information changes
- Accurately organising and maintaining project files/documentation
- Photocopying, scanning, stamping and issuing drawings
- Supporting Directors with tendering documents
